Proof of PPSN documents

When applying for a loan you will also need to provide proof of your Personal Public Service Number. Accepted documents include:

  • Check iconCorrespondence from the Department of Social Protection or Revenue addressed to the applicant (dated within last 365 days)
  • Check iconDrug Payment Scheme (DPS) Card (valid and not expired)
  • Check iconMedical Card (valid and not expired)
  • Check iconNotice of Tax Credits, P21, P45 or P60 (dated within last 365 days)
  • Check iconPayslip or receipt of social welfare benefit payment showing full PPSN (dated within last 365 days)
  • Check iconEuropean Health Insurance Card (valid and not expired) or tax assessment (dated within last 365 days)
